Description
Fresh, Local Broccoli Microgreens
If you’ve been looking for fresh microgreens grown locally, broccoli is the easiest place to begin. These young greens have a mild flavor, so they blend naturally into meals your family already enjoys.
Because we grow in small weekly batches, you always receive greens harvested just days before pickup. In other words, nothing sits on a truck for days before reaching your table.
Unlike full-grown broccoli, microgreens stay tender and easy to use. As a result, you don’t need new recipes or special prep — just add a handful and serve.
How to Use Them
You can sprinkle broccoli microgreens on:
• Scrambled eggs
• Sandwiches and wraps
• Salads
• Taco meat
• Soups after cooking
• Baked potatoes
For example, many families simply add them to dinner plates right before serving. Meanwhile, others mix them into lunches for a fresh boost without extra work.
Grown in Small Weekly Batches
Each week, I plant and harvest microgreens right here in Cooke County. However, because tray space is limited, ordering closes once this week’s jars are reserved.
Orders open Friday and close Sunday at midnight. After that, planting begins for the next cycle.

Available Sizes
Choose the size that fits your household:
• 4 oz Fresh Cut
• 8 oz Fresh Cut
While the 4 oz jar works well for smaller families, the 8 oz option offers better value for regular use.
Why Choose Local?
When you buy local microgreens, you support small-scale growing and receive produce harvested at its peak. Additionally, you know exactly where your food comes from.
